Cancellation Policy

At The Siren Oasis, I am committed to providing exceptional care while respecting both your time and my time. I know life can be unpredictable, so to ensure fairness and protect your appointment, the following policies have been put in place: Booking & Deposits * Deposits are required to secures your time and is applied to your service total. * Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows. * Deposits are transferable if rescheduled with proper notice (see Cancellations & Rescheduling). Cancellations & Rescheduling * At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. * Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit. * No-call / no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost and may be restricted from future bookings. Late Arrivals * Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. For services lasting 30 minutes or less, punctuality is mandatory. * A 10-minute grace period is provided for all other services. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and will lose their deposit. * If time allows, treatments may be shortened to fit the remaining time, but the full service fee still applies. New Client Policy * All first-time visitors must book under New Client Services. Any other service booked will be canceled. * If it has been 3 months or longer since your last visit, you are considered a new client. Because skin conditions and routines change, we always restart with a consultation and treatment plan. Age Requirements * Facial services: available for clients 16+ with a signed parental/guardian consent form. * Brow services: available for clients 13+ with a signed parental/guardian consent form. Booking for Someone Else * If booking on behalf of another person, you must provide the client’s full name and phone number. This ensures we can communicate directly with them regarding appointment details, preparation, and aftercare. Confirmation Emails * All appointment details are included in your confirmation email, including: location, intake forms, policies, and rescheduling instructions. * It is the client’s responsibility to review this email thoroughly. Failure to read and follow the information provided (such as not completing forms or arriving unprepared) may result in the cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your deposit. Form Submission * All clients must complete required intake forms at least 24 hours before their appointment (link provided in confirmation email). * Failure to submit forms on time may result in cancellation of your appointment. Health & Safety * Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent skin treatments prior to your service. * For your safety, we reserve the right to refuse or modify a service if contraindications are present. * If you are feeling unwell (cold, flu, or contagious condition), you must reschedule. The Cancellations & Rescheduling policy still applies. No Additional Guests * To preserve a calm and professional atmosphere, additional guests are not permitted unless approved in advance. Agreement to Policies * By booking an appointment with The Siren Oasis, you acknowledge and agree to all policies and procedures listed above.
