Cancellation Policy

At The Siren Oasis, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service while respecting both your time and ours. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and to ensure fairness and secure your appointment, weā€™ve outlined the following policies: 1. Agreement to Policies: Booking online signifies your agreement with all policies and procedures. 2. New Client Requirement: New clients must book our ā€œNew Clientā€ services for facial treatments. Any other service booked will be canceled. 3. New Client Qualification: If you havenā€™t received a facial treatment within the last 3 months, you are considered a new client and must rebook under our New Client services. 4. Booking for Someone Else: If you are booking on behalf of someone else, please use their full name and phone number. This ensures we can communicate directly with the intended client and meet their needs effectively. 5. Age Limit Policy: Our services are available for individuals aged 13 and older. Clients under 18 must have parental or guardian consent for any treatment. 6. No Additional Guests: Due to limited space, we kindly request that you come alone. No additional guests are allowed unless discussed prior to your appointment. 7. Client Photo Policy: For all facial treatments, we take before and after photos as part of your client profile. These photos will not be used for marketing or any other purposes without your consent. If you consent, we may use them for marketing purposes, but this is entirely voluntary and based on your comfort. 8. Form Submission: All clients must complete intake forms at least 24 hours before their appointment. This allows us to review your skin history, concerns, and goals to tailor your treatment. Please refer to your email for all forms. Failure to submit completed forms on time will result in the cancellation of your appointment. 9. Arrival Time: Please arrive exactly at your scheduled appointment time. For appointments 15 minutes or less, punctuality is mandatory. 10. Tardiness Policy: A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments (except those 15 minutes or less). 11. Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a charge of 50% to 100% of the service fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will incur a 100% fee. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions. 12. Health and Safety Rescheduling Policy: If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule promptly. The "Cancellation & No-Show Policy" still applies in case of illness. Thank you for reviewing our policies.
